Notre Dame had plenty of issues with Niagara in their season opener, but they were able to escape with a win. Western Carolina had a very easy game to start the season, but they will have a big step up in competition here. I think that first game was good for Notre Dame, as it opened their eyes to some of the issues they have. I don’t think Notre Dame is going to be very good this season, but they are better than what they showed in the first game. We didn’t learn much from WCU in their opener against Dalton State, but I think Notre Dame gets back on track with a comfortable win here. Take the Fighting Irish.
