The Providence Friars and Butler Bulldogs face off on Sunday in a college basketball showdown at Hinkle Fieldhouse. When these two teams faced off on January 23rd it was Providence that won 69-62. 

Butler was led by Chuck Harris who finished with 21 points. Center Nate Watson was the top player for Providence finishing with 18 points and seven rebounds.

On the other side of this matchup is the Butler Bulldogs who sit with a 13-14 record overall and they have gone 11-15 against the spread. The Bulldogs are having a down season and in the last game against St. John’s they lost 91-57. Butler is averaging 63.4 points while their defense is giving up 66 points per game. Chuck Harris has been the top player for Butler averaging 10.7 points while shooting 35.6 percent from the field and 30.5 percent from behind the three point line.
