The 2-seed Utah State Aggies (19-7) advanced to the Semifinals of the Mountain West Championship after defeating the 7-seed UNLV Rebels, 74-53, on Thursday night. The Rams are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 neutral site games, however, are just 7-20-1 ATS in their last 28 Friday games. The Aggies are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 neutral site games and 9-3 ATS in their last 12 games following a ATS win.
Utah State has been playing some solid basketball as of late, however, they certainly will have their hands full with an underrated Colorado State team that certainly has the talent to become the Mountain West Champions. Colorado State was able to split their regular season series at Utah State, which included an 84-76 win, and as I think the Rams offense, which ranks 72nd in scoring offense & 24th in FG%, will be able to have success tonight against the Aggies defense, I think the play here is to take the Rams and the points. Good Luck!
