The George Mason Patriots finished their regular season with an overall record of 12-8 and earned the 6-seed in the A-10 Conference Tournament after finishing conference play with an 8-6 record. George Mason was solid on both ends of the court this season and was led by their defense that ranks 138th in scoring defense, 47th in blocks per game, & 87th in steals per game. George Mason struggled a bit at the beginning of conference play as the Patriots at one point had just a 2-4 A-10 record, however, the Patriots ended the regular strong as George Mason has won 6 of their last 8 games including an impressive OT win at VCU a couple of weeks ago.

Trends will be provided when released.
George Mason is no doubt the better team here, however, the Patriots at times have a habit of playing to the level of their competition which includes George Washington in which the Patriots defeated by just a 63-58 margin at home just over a week ago. George Washington certainly has some talent to do some damage and between the fact that the Colonials recently got a big boost with Ricky Lindo Jr. back in the lineup (double-double vs. George Mason on 2/24) and that Jamison Battle more success offensively than he did against Fordham, I think the Colonials will be able to keep this one close enough to cover with the points. Good Luck!
