East Tennessee State comes into this game ranked 44th in scoring offense, 21st in FG%, and 30th in scoring defense.
Samford fast tempo style of play has them ranked a respectable 114th in scoring offense, however, opposing teams have had no trouble piling the points up on the Bulldogs as they come into this match-up ranked just 343rd in scoring defense and 300th in defensive FG%.
East Tennessee State is one of the better mid-major programs in the country and as Samford has lost 12 of their last 13 games and has shown no ability to slow down opposing offenses, I’m taking East Tennessee State to cover this large road spread. Good Luck!
