The Miami-Ohio RedHawks will look to bounce back after an 81-60 loss to Akron last time out. Eastern Michigan is 2-6 ATS in their last 8 games overall and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 Saturday games while the over is 4-1 in their last 5 road games against a team with a winning home record. Miami-Ohio is 3-10 ATS in their last 13 games overall and 2-7 ATS in their last 9 home games while the under is 4-0 in their last 4 games against a team with a winning record. The road team is 4-0 ATS in the last 4 meetings between these two teams.
This isn’t a game I’m going to try and go crazy betting, but I’m not backing the Eagles until Eastern Michigan has come out of this tailspin that they’re currently in. Miami-Ohio is no world-beater in their own right as one win separates the RedHawks from a six-game losing streak of their own, but Miami-Ohio is outscoring teams by 9.4 points per game at home and averaging 77.8 points per game while Eastern Michigan is putting up just 57.9 points per game and being outscored by 8.3 points per game on the road this season. I’ll back Miami-Ohio at home here.
