Omaha is 15-5 ATS in their last 20 games against a team with a losing record and 4-0 ATS in their last 4 home games while the over is 13-3 in their last 16 games following a loss. The road team is 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings between these two teams.
I get why points with Western Illinois would be tempting as Omaha’s ego has to be bruised from that loss to Denver, but that may just add fuel to the fire for the Mavericks who knows. I do know I’m not backing a side here, instead I’m going to side with the over. Both of these teams are god awful defensively, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see both teams hit 80 and maybe one even hit 90 in this one. Give me the over.
