I’m staying with Oregon State. The Beavers get credit for a gutsy win over Colorado State last weekend despite a few mistakes. Oregon State had two turnovers, eight penalties, and just 147 passing yards (398 total) in their victory. A 4-of-12 result on third-down tries and 13 penalties from the Rams certainly didn’t hurt.
As for Nevada, they came up with 416 total yards (226 passing) and 23 first downs in their latest loss. The Wolf Pack gave up 441 yards (327 passing) on defense along with 27 first downs. I like Nevada to hang around in a fairly interesting game here, but I don’t think they’ll quite cover.
