Devin Kargman threw for 181 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception, while Luke Floriea caught six passes for 104 yards and one score.
Kent State was able to generate a few scoring drives and they fought hard in their first game, but they were eventually overwhelmed by their ACC opponent. The Golden Flashes will have a much easier matchup here, but need to play much better defense.
