Indiana played Penn State very tough as well last week, but came up short. Indiana’s offense has been an issue all season long, but they did score 24 points last week. The Wisconsin defense is going to make life tough on Indiana in this one, but I don’t love the Wisconsin offense. I think we are going to see a lower scoring game in this matchup between two struggling offenses and I like the under here.
