Texas Tech Preview
The Texas Tech Red Raiders are 3-5 (2-3) this year after they lost to BYU by a score of 27-14 in their last game. Texas Tech trailed 24-7 at the half and they never really had a chance in the second half. The Red Raiders out gained BYU by a total of 389-277 and turned the ball over five times in the loss. Texas Tech has been a mess this season, as they have rotated through a few quarterbacks and have had major turnover issues. TCU Horned Frogs Team Facts
- TCU has won each of its last four games at Jones AT&T Stadium.

Pick
Both of these teams have had plenty of issues so far this season, but both are still pushing to make a bowl game. Texas Tech has rotated through three different quarterbacks due to injuries, but they have thrown way too many interceptions as a team. The Red Raiders have also allowed 27 and 38 points in their last two games, so they have struggled on both sides of the ball recently. TCU was just blown out by Kansas State, but they did beat BYU by a score of 44-11, while Texas Tech lost to the Cougars. I really don’t trust either of these two teams, but I have liked what I have seen from Morton when he has been healthy, so I will take Texas Tech here.
