Penn State has had a perfect start to the season and many believe they could compete for a National Championship this season. Penn State’s offense has been good, but even more impressive has been the defense. They gave up only 15 points to West Virginia and 13 points to Illinois. Penn State is averaging 43.7 points while their defense is giving up 11.7 points per ger game. The offense is ranked 14th in college football while the defense is ranked 13th. Under center for Penn State is Drew Allar and he has thrown for 737 yards, four touchdowns, and zero interceptions.

I don’t think Iowa is going to win this game, but they are going to make this game ugly, and that will allow them to keep it close enough to cover the spread. Iowa knows to find success in this game they are going to need keep the ball on the ground and control the tempo of the game. They are going to really eat clock in this game.
