Tulsa has won 4 of their last 6 games and should be extra motivated to win this game so they can become bowl eligible. Tulsa has been led by their defense that is holding their opponents to an average of just 17.8 ppg over their last 4 games and as I think that the Golden Hurricane keep this one competitive, I think the play here is to take Tulsa and the points.
