USF at UCF: 11/26/21 College Football Picks and Predictions

The South Florida Bulls and Central Florida Knights face off on Friday in an AAC college football showdown at Bright House Networks Stadium. When these two teams faced off in 2020, it was Central Florida that won 58-46. 

South Florida is having another down season with a 2-9 record overall and they have gone 6-5 against the spread. In the last game against Tulane they really struggled, losing 45-14. South Florida on the season is averaging 24.1 points while their defense is giving up 36.3 points per game. Under center for South Florida is Timmy McClain who has thrown for 1,666 yards, five touchdowns, and seven interceptions. In this game if South Florida wants to win this game they are going to need to find a way to get the offense going. 

On the other side of this matchup is the Central Florida Knights who sit with a 7-4 record but they have gone 4-7 against the spread. In the last game against UConn it was the offense that was the difference putting up 49 points  in a blowout victory, Central Florida is averaging 33.5 points while their defense is giving up 26.3 points per game. Under center for the Knights is Mike Keene and in the last game he threw for 208 yds and two touchdowns. In the backfield, Johnny Richardson and Isaiah Brower have been quite the 1-2 punch. Both guys have rushed for over 540 yards.
