TCU was outgained by Texas Tech by a 558-498 margin, however, won the turnover battle by a 1-0 margin in the victory. The 4th ranked Oklahoma Sooners stayed undefeated and improved to 6-0 on the season after defeating the 21st ranked Texas Longhorns, 55-48, this past Saturday. Oklahoma trailed by a 41-23 margin late in the 3rd quarter, however, the Sooners offense led by backup QB Caleb Williams, was able to fight back to tie the game midway through the 4th quarter and the Sooners won it on an improbable 33-yard rushing TD with just :03 seconds left in regulation. Oklahoma lost the turnover battle by a 2-1 margin, however, did outgain Texas by a 662-516 margin in the victory. The Horned Frogs are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 road games, however, are just 1-3-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall. The Sooners are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games in October and 7-3 ATS in their last 10 Big 12 games.
Oklahoma is coming of an incredible comeback against Texas and early reports out of Norman looks like Lincoln Riley is going to stick with Caleb Williams at QB which in my opinion is the correct move as Spencer Rattler just hasn’t looked the part this season. TCU has some talent on the offensive end, however, the defense has looked the part this season and as I think the Caleb Williams led offense will be able to put up 40+ in this one, I’m taking Oklahoma to cover this double-digit home spread. Good Luck!
