This is going to be one of the best games to watch on Saturday, however, I would not expect a high-scoring game as both Penn State and Iowa have two of the best defenses in all of College Football. Penn State currently ranks 3rd in scoring defense & 33rd total defense while Iowa ranks 2nd in scoring defense & 8th in total defense and I expect this to be a low scoring slugfest, I think the play here is to take the Under despite it being such a low total. Good Luck!
