Both Tulane and East Carolina have plenty of offensive weapons and I expect this to be a high scoring game the Green Wave comes into this game ranked 113th in total defense while the Pirates ranks just 127th. I expect both Michael Pratt & Holton Ahlers to have no trouble moving their respective offenses down the field and as I the potential of both teams scoring 40+, I think the clear play in this one is to go with the over. Good Luck!
