The Cyclones are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games following a ATS loss and 17-7 ATS in their last 24 games following a straight up loss. The Rebels are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 non-conference games and 9-3 ATS in their last 12 September games.
It’s been a struggle offensively for Brock Purdy and Iowa State offense to start the season, but make no mistake, this is still a very talented Iowa State offense which should be able to find their footing against a UNLV defense that currently ranks just 117th in all of College Football in scoring defense. Iowa State has been strong defensively this season as they rank t-7th in total defense and as I just don’t see UNLV having any success on the offensive end in this one, I think Iowa State wins this won by 40 and covers this spread. Good Luck!
