I’m not trying to bet this game, but at PIckDawgz we give you picks no matter how good or bad the game is, so here goes. This line’s a bit confusing as you have a winless team laying points on the road. However, I think that goes to speak to how bad UTSA has played at points and their starting QB is still questionable with an arm issue. Rice has been competitive in certain spots this season and probably deserve a win or two here or there. Rice has also had the bulk of the success ATS when these two meet, so I’ll lay the points with Rice on the road here.
